@eatingalonediariez: Part 3!!! The Chinese and Korean dumpling and noodle stall. I think my favorite so farrrr. I got the 三鲜 boiled dumplings and they were $12 for so many. I didn’t get an official count on them but at least 15. Fun fact 三鲜 translates to “3 aromatic flavors” and here they used pork, shrimp, and chive. But depending on the place this can be different like pork, shrimp, and mushroom, or some times even egg. The dumplings were so big and juicy I highly recommend Next I got the cold noodles which were also $12 and amazing. I believe they are arrowroot noodles and I LOVE the texture. They are chewier and slippery compared to other noodles. There were so many noodles in this despite the bowl looking average size. The broth was so flavorful yet light with a sweet and tangy flavor.
