Mines not so much the spit up it’s peeing.. loves peeing straight up his clothes and not get any in his diaper.. and I’ll just pull down his diaper and not even use a wipe yet and he’s peeing on himself 🥲

You sit them upright after feeds for 30 minutes at least and then need to change a dirty nappy and still the reflux hits… mess both ends 😂🤦🏻♀️

Ahhh reflux. I will say that while he had a major increase at 4 months, now that he’s 5 months almost 6, it’s improved a lot! He takes nexium but learning to sit has helped a ton!
