Sainsbury's sell "nightime " Porridge that helped my daughter sleep better at her age - gave it to her about 6 pm with some milk and she would be conked by 7:30 and sleep through x

I love comparing our 5 months olds 🤣 my little boy lovesssss a rusk mixed with some warm water before bed it fills his belly topped up with a bottle and he is off to dream land 🤣

I’d suggest making her bedtime later! My 4 month old goes to bed at 9:30/10 and sleeps till 6:30/7! I was putting her to bed at 7 with my older two (4 and 2) but she was waking around 2/3!

We put a rusk in my lo bottle and that seems to tie her over till 8am when she does to bed at 8:30 pm so almost 12 hrs she did wake a few times so we gave her stuff for teething and she goes back to
