The operator dispatcher will start to realize you are unable to talk and ask you to press keys on your phone for yes or no.

Call 911 & make vocal noises. Your cell has GPS that the dispatcher can direct Emergency Services to. They can also ask ‘yes/no’ questions (you can still say “uh huh” & “uh uh” without your tongue)..

I think if you call 911 and say nothing they track your location and come to you?? Am I just naive to think that?
