Bpd has made it so I don’t even recognise myself anymore, it’s exhausting and yet we are so easily labelled negatively in society which makes it harder to cope with. Thank you for sharing this ❤️

once you learn your triggers and learn about bpd you really can live such an amazing life and manage it well. It took me years but i think ive finally mastered it! Your doing amazing 💗💗💗
