@earthlinged: Saorsa 1875 were kind enough to invite me to stay at their incredible vegan hotel when I was on a book tour in Scotland for How to Argue With a Meat Eater! 📚 I had a wonderful stay and the team there were incredibly lovely. The food was also absolutely delicious and some of the best vegan food I’ve ever had. I hope I get to visit again someday! The stay was a very kind #gift from Saorsa 💚

Stayed here for four nights. Candid view. Rooms are significantly over-priced, under equipped and ours was cold (early Oct), but food is exceptional, as are local walks.
