In all honesty can someone please explain why this is an issue. If I overstayed my visa if I went to Spain I’d exspect to be kicked out of Spain is if was caught. I’m not a citizen there

Can confirm this just happened to me a week ago coming from 🇵🇷 I’ve been 5 times previously and not till this time they checked my passport no visa but they pulled up my case being in “process”

How bout flying with a California drivers license?? But you’re undocumented. Are you safe as long as you don’t fly using a foreign passport??

Very curious, my wife just got her TPS approved til September. Also she applied for a permit to leave the country to see her mom. The letter does say that she can reenter. Her card has not arrived yet. But she did get the letters that say that her TPS is renewed. The question can she travel?

My dad is an American citizen, and he filed an N-600 for me in 2024, but I haven't received any response yet. I have TPS, but it is ending soon. I don’t know what to do now.

while waiting to board my flight at MSP I man was called over the intercom to come to the service desk. 2 agents wearing regular clothes were waiting for him. His visa had expired years ago, they question him and took him 🥺

To be honest this has been applied before the last administration left, this is not new i had been sent to secondary inspection and last year and they let me go until I showed my green card 😅

Is there a website to find out if the green card has been mailed out ?. Husband was approved on April 15th we paid the green card fee on sept 1st. Still haven’t received anything in the mail yet.
