Be careful with this sentiment. I stayed in an abusive marriage for way longer than I should have (20 years total) because I felt like I could work through it all.

its better to get divorced than stay in an unhappy marriage. don't pass judgment until you have to live it

I disagree. It’s better to be divorced and happy istead of married and miserable. Not being happy in a marriage is not normal and it’s ok to do something about it.

Thank you for your vulnerability. My husband and I went through the hardest times as newly weds and almost gave up. I’m so thankful God brought us through it together.

I have been married for 34 years and maybe 3 have been happy. We can’t financially afford a divorce. We’re just housemates.

Omg yes I have been saying this to my mom. I understand some reasons for divorce but other than those few issues people just give up so fast.

I think there are obvious reasons to throw in the towel on a marriage but people do give up to quickly now a days and do not take their vows seriously.

Everyone I know that’s divorced never did so lightly and tried fighting for those marriages. This type of rhetoric is dangerous and invalidating.

Training the rear deltoids effectively requires exercises that emphasize shoulder horizontal abduction, external rotation, and extension to ensure full muscle activation. Since the posterior delts are often underdeveloped compared to the front and side delts, they benefit from targeted work using both compound and isolation movements with proper resistance and range of motion. One of the best ways to train the rear delts is with reverse fly variations, which isolate the muscle and build size and endurance. Dumbbell reverse flys (standing or seated) and cable reverse flys provide continuous tension and focus on horizontal abduction. Face pulls, using a rope attachment on a cable machine, are also highly effective because they engage the rear delts while improving shoulder health and posture. For added resistance, reverse pec deck flys are an excellent machine-based option that maintains constant tension on the muscle. Including compound pulling movements such as bent-over rows with a wide grip, rear-delt-focused lat pulldowns, and trap bar or Romanian deadlifts can also contribute to rear delt development by engaging them as secondary movers. To maximize growth, incorporate a mix of moderate to high reps (10–20 reps per set) with controlled eccentrics and full range of motion. Rear delts recover quickly, so training them 2–3 times per week ensures continuous progress while maintaining balance with the front and lateral delts for a well-rounded shoulder appearance.
