@alisonlauffer: Am I being overly in my feelings or is this postpartum depression? #firsttimemom #momstruggles #ppd #ppa #postpartum #postpartumjourney
I love seeing you in your boy mom era. It gets easier I felt like this for awhile too- it’s just you saying goodbye to the person you were before becoming a mom. You’ll get your color and more back

5-6 months is really rough because you’re expected to have it all together, but that is the torture time when they don’t sleep! That’s when I did the taking Cara babies, and it saved my life!

I started to feel kinda normal again when my daughter hit 3 and a half. And, then I got pregnant again. Haha!

It takes time to get back to yourself! It’s such a shift and it wasn’t until my son was 2 for me to feel like myself again, mindful self compassion helped me so much to be gentle with myself, hugs ❤️

I’ll be honest, I felt this so hard. Then a few weeks after my daughter’s first birthday I woke up and it all felt okay. The constant fight or flight I was feeling just disappeared. You’ll get there🩷

I had my first right before Covid, so it took an extremely long time to feel normal again. Do what you can, and that’s all you need to do.

Just shy of 6 months here. I’m a stranger in my body & with my partner. I’m constantly exhausted & questioning every choice I make hoping somehow it was the best thing. I adore my son but man 😂

Hi mama sending you love 💗 every postpartum journey is dif. I had 2 girls back 2 back (surprises) and tbh it took me 2 yrs after my 2nd to really feel like me again! Be kind to yourself. Your spark will come back just don’t stop trying to find it. Truth is you’re not the person you were and that’s ok! You’re more powerful than before you’re magical and you’re loved! Grace, faith, & time 🙏🏼
