clipper-cide! It comes in aerosol cans, you can spray some on a rag/washcloth, it should help with staining on both skin and surfaces. (really good for when you have left over dye in the shower.)

Makeup wipes, micellar water, an oil that will not break you out works. I dye my hair black and those usually always work! Also steaming your face/ splashing with warm water helps too!
