there's no point of just using conditioner, you can only use it with shampoo, as conditioner closes the cuticle back up after it being opened to be cleaned by the shampoo, the conditioner closes the cuticle preventing bacteria entering the cuticle for damage, it's best to shampoo and conditioner twice a week no matter your hair type. if your wondering what hair products to use for your hair type, for very straight flat hair 1A hair, use a texture powder, if you have straight hair but nearly wavy you can use a texture powder or a clay, for wavy hair it's best for a pomade or sea salt spray, or you can use both, then for curly/coily hair use a leave in conditioner. Make sure to use basedbodyworks😁
