I grew up in a family that sat down for dinner and I thought that was what everyone did! When I got older, I stayed eating dinner at the table as a family! I think it is so important!

Keep sitting down as a family I used to do that with my family as well. My kids used to go crazy and say we’re the only people that sit down as a family and I knew that wasn’t true and I said oh that’s so sad. Well sit down we’re gonna have dinner. Sitting down as a family at dinner was the best that’s how you knew what went on at school all day or work or whatever.

There are so many benefits to eating dinner as a family (besides love) it can help with school and self confidence and trust. It’s amazing. I go home for dinner as much as I can now. 💗
