Our previous did this, she just planted everything and anything is any empty space she could find. We cut it all down and started fresh. Let me tell u right now it took us about a year to cut it all down, grind the stumps and removed all the roots and runners

I have the giant ones in my yard. I live in a rental so we cant remove them but they're a pain to manage

Our neighbour has a huge one and while it’s beautiful it’s growing like crazy over our fence and our driveway lol she cuts it back but then it grows right back 😂

Remove the yuccas as well, they get a big trunk, rootball and throw off lots of pups as well. A nightmare to remove once established.
