Isn’t there a point where buyers are out priced though. Like there are a limited amount of folks who can afford mil. Houses so eventually you run out of possible buyers lowering prices

On top of this is that everyone is in a 3% mortgage and won't sell to get into a 7% mortgage. There's no inventory

NJ pricing slowly stabilizing, more homes lasting on market longer, more price dropping, more homes in 500k range. I see this from Monmouth to Bergen Counties

We want to size down to a small home but that will almost double our mortgage payments, so just us 2 stay in a 4 bdrm, w/fam room, man cave and pool/game room because we cant afford a 2 bdrm 🤦🏻♀️
