Yes on all of this but I would suggest opening ur folds and rinse the inside with some water(no soap) to make sure everything is clean and getting rinsed than just the outside🥰🥰

I can't use feminine washes because I'm too sensitive to them, which meant constant irritation and discharge,, but I learnt that you can use aqueous cream (a type of unfragranced and very gentle moisturiser) as a soap, you just take a bit, water it down slightly and let it lather, and then you have a very gentle soap you can use that does actually work(I've used this for years). in England you can get them from some shops and most pharmacies :)
