Ingredients (4 SERVINGS): 1 lb chicken breast  4 Roma tomatoes  4 garlic cloves  1 white onion 1 can chile en adobo  Salt (or chicken bouillon) Low calorie tortillas Queso fresco Lettuce Nonfat Greek yogurt  Directions: 1. Slice 1/4 of the onion into thin pieces and shred chicken using your preferred method.  7. Add 1 tbsp of oil and sauté onions for 3-4 minutes or until they are translucent.  8. Add in the chicken and salsa. Combine well.  Add any seasonings if needed. 9. Add salt, pepper, and any other seasonings to taste.  10. Divide the Tinga into 4 servings (~6 ounces each) 11. Warm up 4 tortillas on a comal for 30 seconds on each side.  12. Add ~1.5 oz of Tinga to each tortilla and fold with a toothpick. 13. Add a light layer of oil spray and air fry for 375 F for 7-8 minutes, flipping halfway. 14. Top the tacos with 1 cup shredded lettuce, 28 g queso fresco, 30 g greek yogurt, and cilantro/onion or toppings of choice.
