@pcos.thyroid.weight.loss: Study: https://academic.oup.com/eurjpc/article/30/18/1975/7226309?login=false To conduct the study, a research team led by Maciej Banach, professor of cardiology at the Medical University of Łódź, analyzed data from 17 previous studies involving 226,889 people observed over an average of seven years. The goal was to assess the impact of different daily step counts on health. The study, published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, found that walking at least 3,967 steps per day begins to reduce the risk of death from all causes, while 2,337 steps per day reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases. Above these thresholds, every additional 1,000 steps per day was associated with a 15% reduction in the risk of death from all causes, while an increase of 500 steps per day was linked to a 7% reduction in the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases. #invisibledisability #autoimmune #invisibleillness #hashimoto #autoimmunedisease #hashimotosdisease #hashimotos #thyroidhealing #thyroidproblems #thyroid #walking #healthtips #healthbenefits
