as long as it's not a permanent fixture you can remove it, if you have proof of before then your fine and when you leave then everything has to be changed back to the orginal state

When we moved, we sold all our additional fixtures to the landlord. He loved what we did with the place & agreed to pay for the add-ons using the current market prices. That was a plus for us, win-win

nta nothing was planted directly into the ground there for they have no claims to it everything was portable for you to take with you when you move out so I don't know why the landlord was expecting you to leave everything that was legally yours
