2018 it was sold for $10k, they didn’t do anything to it, still needs full restoration, but their selling for $200k now even though the property taxes are the same so the value never changed?

I mean with it siting on 12 acres you could divide the property and lease out part of it as hunting land or if it's all fields you could turn it into a sod farm and use what you earn off that for reno

look at how good it is even after the years of neglect. shows things were built right back then. I promise if you took a newer home and left it vacant for years and years it would be uninhibitable
