@weddingprocass: Replying to @Ashley I don’t mind kids at a wedding, and I have to agree that typically when kids cause issues it is because the parents are not correctly parenting and they are busy drinking and mingling leaving the kid to act like a kid!l #weddinganswer #weddingopinion #weddingthought #weddingplanningtips #weddingplanningtip #weddingtiktok #weddingplanner #weddingplanning #weddingplanningadvice #weddingguidance #2024bride #2025bride #2026bride
We had a designated kid table, pizza and macaroni served directly to their table. Each kid got a gift bag and there was a camera and a scavenger hunt using their cameras.

Love this. Also, don’t underestimate the value of involving kids and making them feel wanted instead of an unfortunate afterthought.

We had kids tables with paper tablecloths and had teens at the tables to oversee them (we talked to them first!). They had fidget toys, no glassware, coloring, and the parent tables were around them

We had a lot of kids at our wedding and I made little gift bags for them with bubbles, coloring books and activities they could do at the table. Also helped some through the buffet line.

We did not allow kids and people were mad. But it was mostly due to headcount. If kids were allowed, we’d have 50 more guests under the age of 5. That’s a lot more tables, settings and things.

Kids make a wedding, they bring joy and laughter. What better way to celebrate the joining of families than including all the family. 🇬🇧 🇮🇪

We had our wedding at a family farm, the general area was child friendly but we had dancing and the bar up in the barn (away from the rest of guests) so parents could sneak off to dance and get a beer
