I’d guess they are all wearing wigs. If they’re Jewish Orthodox I don’t know. The Jewish Orthodox here in Montreal definitely wear the standard dark stiff short cut wigs.

Clarification for new people. Being an Orthodox Jewish woman, married, does not automatically mean she wears a wig. It's her choice to participate in that custom. You can be OJW not wear one.
