it’s not always sunshine & rainbows…matter of fact, it rarely ever is been sharing a hell of a lot lately to pull back the curtain on my life just a likkle bit more just to show you guys that the wins don’t come without the pain + struggle finally touched down in ATL about 2 days ago now and my body still has yet to recover… still working still serving my clients still waiting on my car to arrive *that someone hit just before i left (cool cool cool cool)* still haven’t unpacked…at all…🙃 still closing some doors still adjusting to the time difference still taking sales calls still working on regulating my nervous system still tired af and my body is definitely communicating🥲 “slow down, lo. be delicate with yourself”, she’s says. i’m over here like, “i hear you bitch. imma chill…kinda” *proceeds to try to do the usual*  and my body’s like, “naaaa, i’m gonna make you” my body says, “watch this”… *fatigue* *brain fog* *emotional exhaustion* *less patience than usual (which is already low af)* *lack of motivation* *hives* ooookayyyyy i’m sat lol🙂 things i’ve been doing since my body told me to the chill tf out: i haven’t worked out in 3 days *nor do i feel like it* weird i’ve been resting in bed unless i have calls gorging water to rehydrate binge watching netflix bc i fucking feel like it feeling sorry for myself *only 30 mins a day CAP* working on things that feel good (clients & content) taking 2 hour baths *big water girly* sitting in a bikini in the sun🌞  not texting ppl back🙊 listening to podcasts  organizing my week to get ahead of the anxiety pep talking myself into having a productive week …i’ll keep you all updated on if this actually helped me snap back into it this week wish me luck  stay tuned ✌🏽
