@katewoodwardcooks: The only acorn squash recipe you will ever need 4 acorn squash Olive oil Salt and pepper 8 tbsp of butter Brown sugar Preheat oven to 400 Cut squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Drizzle with olive and generously salt and pepper. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Place squash cut side down on the cookie sheet. Bake for 40-45 mins or until tender. Flip the squashes over. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in each squash along with a couple tablespoons of brown sugar. Put back in the oven for 15 mins.
