Spothero is the classic BAIT AND SWITCH! Fill out the app info and pay the price and when you get there and park the time you paid for has changed and the price has almost double, it happen to me..

a lot of cities have free parking at train stations, park there and pay $2-5 and take the train into the city

AND they have a good refund policy! You can cancel up to like a minute before if you reserve a spot and get your $$ back. I had to cancel slightly after and still got credit
