Are Ceramic-Coated Pans as safe as 18/0 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, or Cast Iron Pans? 👉 It’s still too early to tell. The ceramic-coated pans are still new and are still being studied. We do know that the ceramic coating on these hybrid pans is not pure ceramic, so when scratched, these pans leach compounds such as Titanium Dioxide which is toxic to you.
