I just don't wear mine if my nose is stuffy, this one is nice cause you can breath through it. Some of them you cant.

Although I do like mouth taping, it’s not great with a stuffy nose. I got very panicky bc I couldn’t breathe and removed.

KT tape is the same. You can get SO much more, just cut the tape 🤷♀️
