Actually true. It's supply and demand, If you cannot afford Vancouver live somewhere else. Young Ontarians are shifting to medium size cities as Toronto has same situation.

Again you have no idea what you’re talking about. Vancouver is full of empty properties bought by investors. We have terrible people living here who think that we only need SFH

We just need fixed 5yrs back in the 3’s, 35-40yr terms and more duplexes. East coast starter homes are all duplex, they are pretty rare in Vancouver. And PTT should be paid by seller.
