I Tore My Calf 🤯 This Gives A Comparison of What My Calf Is Supposed To Look Like Vs The Injured Calf. I'm not going to lie.. being a bodybuilder, when I measured the injuried calf and it was 21" I was pretty excited 🤣 The root of the issue is my Medial Gastrocnemius, which is the upper left inside part of the calf I didn't do it working out. It happened carrying heavy luggage up a very steep unstable road. The calf overstretched and eventually tore. I am only weeks away from a photoshoot so my training will not stop even though the pain is high. I just have to train smart and focus on aggressive recovery. 📅 A GLIMPSE INTO MY DAILY RECOVERY 2:20am Wake Up 2:30am Prayer Time 2:45am Cardio And Inversion Chair, Then Elevate Leg And Massage 4:55am Meal 1 5am Red Light Sauna /Elevated Leg Massage 5:20am Ice Bath 5:40am Elevate Leg Massage and Compression 6am - Nap (all I need is 30) 6:30- Ankle/Foot Stretching 7am- Meal 2 730am- Reading and Devotionals 10am- Workout (shoulders and triceps) 12pm-Meal 3 Post Workout 1215pm -Compression Therapy and Cryotherapy All This Before 1pm. l will have over 25k steps in and 2 total workouts. The remainder of the day will be similar with meals followed by reading, writing, prayer and therapy. ➡️ This is not God telling me to slow down. This is the devil trying to limit me because he knows God is about to use me for something HUGE at the Rockbody Retreat. Attacks happen often before/after BIG miracles. STORMS Will HAPPEN IN LIFE ⛈️. As long as you still have the ability to make choices then you have the ability to put your head down and press through the storm. This is not a setback.
