Great to have unless you have hard water! I rented a house in Colorado Springs that had one and it will do great adding humidity, but it also sends those minerals into the air.

Bruh the humidistat needs to go on the duct return duct read a manual … unless it’s a open return area and reads the right humidity

Just curious why you mounted the humidistat like that? Doesn’t the back have the sensor to sense the humidity level…? Looks good otherwise though.

I like that you chose not to use the cheap saddle valve and installed a proper valve. The saddle valves eventually will leak.

The furnace is not a good representation of the home’s humidity level for the humidistat. Put on the return or in a living space
