The 5 changes I’ve made… ⬇️ 1. Diet - Eating Whole Foods, that are nutrient dense. Our bodies are not made for the chemicals, pesticides and a thousand ingredients we cannot pronounce. As a rule of thumb for your main meals, stick to lean meats, clean carbohydrates and vegetables. I promise that you will feel a difference.  2. Hitting your protein goal - Aim for 1g of protein per pound of lean body mass. If you’re significantly overweight, aim to eat the amount of protein of your ideal weight. (Ex. You want to get to 200 lbs, eat 200g of protein)  3. Cutting the booze - Alcohol has 0 positive effects on your body or goals. If you’re drinking consistently, you’re hindering protein synthesis, your recovery, your diet and your true potential. The biggest changest to my physique and mental health came when I stopped drinking for 8 months.  4. Getting your steps in - People tend to overcomplicate cardio. Just get moving. Focus on getting 10k steps every day as a starting point. It’s unbelievable what you can accomplish by a good diet and walking.  5. Progressing in the gym - You should not be going to the gym to go through the motions. It should be hard. Track your progress with the exercises you are doing. Each week you should be focusing on lifting heavier weights than the week prior, or more reps. You will see your body change if you progress in the gym.
