Fall In Love With Falafel 😍😋 Recipe here📕 Ingredients: ❂ For Falafel 1 cup/200g. chickpeas (dry). 1/2 cup yellow onion 3 cloves of garlic 1 cup cilantro 1 cup parsley 1 jalapeño pepper 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cardamom 2 tbsp chickpea flour 1/2 tsp baking soda black pepper (to taste) vegetable oil for frying ❂ For Tzatziki Sauce: 2 fresh  cucumbers 300 g. greek yogurt 5-6 mint leaves lemon juice 1/2 lemon 1 cloves of garlic 30 grams of olive oil, salt to taste.  (Grate cucumbers on a fine grater and squeeze the juice, finely chop the mint and combine all the ingredients together) ❂ For Pita Salad:  Pita Cucumbers Tomatoes Red onion Cilantro or parsley (You can make any salad you like) ❂ Cooking process:   1. Soak your dried chickpeas. Overnight or for at least 12 hours.  2. After soaking with water, drain and rinse chickpeas.   3. Add all the ingredients to a food processor. Add the chickpeas, onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño  pepper and spices to a food processor, as well as flour and baking soda.  4. It’s better to chopping up the onion, herbs and pepper before adding.   5. Pulse the food processor but do not blend completely. The final mixture should resemble coarse sand.  6. Transfer the mixture to the bowl and cover with plastic wrap.  7. Place the bowl in the fridge. Chill the falafel mixture for 30 minutes to 1 hour.  8. Shape your falafel. You can do this by hand, round balls 35-40 g.   9. Heat oil up to 350F/180С.  10. Gently dip 5-6 balls into the oil and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.  11. Place on paper towel to get rid of excess oil Falafel can be made in any shape and cooked in different ways, you can bake it in the oven on parchment (using only oil spray), you can also fry it in a regular frying pan, but in the classic version, falafel is deep-fried.
