I use the smallest ammount of curry powder. Just a little. Takes the sweet out of it. But isn’t ‘curry’ flavoured 👌🏻

Chicken pieces, Apricot nectar and French onion soup. French onion soup on top of chicken. Baste the chicken with the Apricot nectar. Cook and baste.

Apricot chicken is a dish I will never EVER have again. Mum used to make it when she was angry with me because she knew I hated it, like gaged. Maybe there’s some trauma there 🤣

I bake it every time, capsicum, onion, garlic French onion soup mix and apricot nectar.

Onions first, cook with a little of the apricot juice and also stock. Brown off chicken a little bit in that, turn down heat. The apricot halves, a little blitzed, plus seasoning. Simmer for a while.

My mum puts chicken , apricot necter and tinned apricots blended, and French onion soup. And bake for an hour or so

I make it at least 1's a month 😅 my go too is yes the veg celery carrot onion , French onion soup pkt obvi apricot nector chicken stock but my secret add that has never failed me is 1/4C bbq sauce😏

Mum’s Apricot chicken had the halves & some of the syrup in it but she baked it in the oven so the apricots caramelized 😋

I make it just French onion soup dry mix and can of nectar minced ginger & garlic paprika salt & pepper after browning the onion & chicken frozen mix vegetables tossed in served over rice my kids love
