nobody wants a 850k house. I'd rather spend 850k on my kids. or buy a massive caravan for 85k and a 50k f truck and live off the ocean and still be ahead

my parents did this for me! we bought within our means and not above! we have just paid our house off and they now have the titles back to their house.

Paying rent as a single person when rents $500 a week is hard! Kids are at uni and trying to help them as they stress working and studying at Same time hoping to pass exams , this new world is ridiculous

But we still keep our home, we owned half. Just make sure if there are siblings that the parents honour in legal doc what you verbally agreed on.

We did this for our daughter’s first house. We had conditions and it worked out perfect. We will do it for our other daughter when she is ready too
