I asked my Dr if I should stop Metformin ,since I dropped nearly 100 lbs since 1st prescribed years ago , he said I'm on a small dose of 500 MG. a day. He said other people need 2500 MG a day.

You have to take the extended release, and not all bends are made equally. Some made me sick, some did not. When teva brand was pulled, I was so upset.
