@eatingalonediariez: Back in Little Manila in Queens (fun fact it’s right by little Thailand). I’ve been wanting to try this spot ever since a few of you recommended it to me!! Right off the bat I need to say this is the best chicken barbecue I’ve EVER eaten. It was SO juicy and tender I have never tasted bbq chicken this good. I came for the sisig and was so excited to order it. Sisig is chopped pork jowl and ear and usually topped with an egg. There’s also onions, garlic, and chilli peppers. It was so good😭 and with the garlic rice 🤌. There’s a crunchy texture because of the pig ear and it off sets the rich texture of the jowl.
