Had mine a year and a half ago. Get up higher on that pillow, have your whole back on it. It helps! And humidifier.

I just had septoplasty and turbinate reduction. The mouth breathing only is a real problem 😅😭 I wasn’t expecting that. I’m 3 weeks post op and doing much better
