My parents bought our tree every year. It was a 9 foot Douglas Fir and cost $100 in the 80’s. The price for the real one you showed was not bad at all.

Used to sell Christmas trees incandescent is the best! They are not wired the same way so now many lights have to go out before and there are many ways to keep them going while LEDs go and are gone
