Here are three things to watch for after the day of traveling with your little one! 1. Dehydration- they’ve done studies on how much water your body loses while flying and it’s crazy! I give Briggs @hydralyte after flying as a preventive measure. Use discount code JESS25. Check out my stories today on a tip when using a sippy cup with Hydralyte. 2. Constipation- offer plenty of water and fiber-rich foods the day after traveling because travelers constipation is real! 3. Jet lag- Especially when traveling through time zones, this can affect your baby for several days after traveling. I would recommend giving them plenty of time to rest. Briggs will usually take an extra nap or sleep more in his only nap the day after flying. While these are things I look for in Briggs, it’s also important to think about yourself and how these things affect you and plan accordingly. 😀
