My dad’s hand were cold after he passed. Probably bc it was right after he passed. I sat next to him for the longest time trying to warm them up only to finally realizing he was gone.

you should come witness an outdoor cremation in the Caribbean.. The body definitely sits up as it dries out. legend has it that that is when God calls your name and you get up to answer him

I use to be an assistant funeral director and yes sometimes, mouths had to be sewn closed! Also, sometimes the body can sit up, I've experienced that also!

my uncle owns a funeral house and he had to tie a guy in the casket because he kept setting up. Big story about it can't tell it all. But they do set up, I've saw it.

the body sets up not sit up. we arexasked that all the time. I've had one talk to me and also grab my hand. breath over tongue and rigor contraction. 😆 🤣

I work in the obit business and once saw a guestbook entry where the author said the decedent was warm in their casket and didn’t believe they were dead 😮
