I work with ppl like this. A kind note will do wonders on your door, They need reminders CONSTANTLY. Signs help alot.

I wonder if you could install a metal gate, farther back where the stucco wall has the gap? That would give you room to answer the door without her being able to come close to you? Just an idea

Definitely report it, but can you mail a certified letter (from a lawyer with a masthead) to the parents? This usually works. Is it possible to have a gate installed further away from the door?

I’d install a courtyard gate. My parents have one on theirs in AZ and the fact that you can lock anyone out of that space just adds so much to the privacy aspect.

Keep calling APS. Also, she likely had some sort of case manager or some service through the state for support (hopefully). APS will contact her case manager and hopefully get her more services.
