事实上农村宅基地是永久使用权，城市住宅用地是70年产权，但是即便70年到期也会自动续费，而且中国采取房地分离政策，地到期了房子依旧是你的，只是拆迁补偿会去除掉土地价格，我觉得很公平没什么不好的，这样既有利于发展也能保障公民权利

In US the government can evict you from your house on your property if it doesn't follow certain guidelines which they sometimes make up, its your land only until they decide its not
