Training during all of my pregnancies provide so many benefits, help ease aches and pains, make me feel amazing and energized, help me have easier births and postpartum recoveries. I created the workouts for each trimester to match what you’re currently going through. For example, first trimester includes full body workouts because most women deal with all day sickness including myself! I seem to have a good day and then I’m not so good day and a good day, etc. So the programming has been perfect for me to have rest days between, and then going all in on the days I’m feeling good! My prenatal workouts look something like this: •warm up / mobility •strength workouts focusing on functional and strength movements including important things like glute work, pelvic stability movements, adductor work, core strength, internal rotation, hip and thoracic mobility, opening levels of the pelvis. •ending with pelvic floor relaxation most importantly, they are actually fine and I enjoy them every time!
