I Bought a vibrating plate. some exercise on it, but it helps every part of the lymphatic system. you can stand on it sit on a chair and put your feet on it, or set your arms on it. It helps so much

This was so helpful. I had asked if my HS could be a reason for my Lymphedema. I was told no. But they told me my lymphatic system wouldn't drain. I'm thinking possible scarring.
