@sophiebakas: Cinnamon rolls 🤎🎄 Written recipe and measurements are on the link on my profile 🤶🏼 Ingredients: Dough: 13g fresh yeast 100g whole milk (room temp.) 1 egg 15g granulated sugar 10g vanilla sugar (substitute with regular sugar if you don’t have any) 300g bread flour (T65) 5g salt 100g unsalted butter - 82% fat (room temp.) Filling: 80g unsalted butter - 82% fat (room temp.) 120g brown sugar 1 tsp cinnamon Instructions: For the dough: Mix together the fresh yeast, milk, egg, sugar, flour and salt for 4 minutes Add the butter to the dough and mix for another 8 minutes Let the dough rise for 45 minutes Roll out the dough in a 30 x 40cm rectangle For the filling: Beat the butter with the brown sugar Add the cinnamon and mix well Spread the filling on the dough Roll the dough into a tight log and cut it into 9 cinnamon rolls (4cm each) I used a dental floss to cut the cinnamon Place them in a baking pan and let them rise for 1 hour Preheat oven at 200°C for 20 minutes Brush the cinnamon rolls with some milk Bake them at 180°C for 17 minutes then at 150°C for 3 minutes Let them sit 10 minutes in the baking pan before placing on a wire rack to cool down #cinnamonrolls #christmas #christmasbaking #christmasrecipe #christmascountdown #baking #Recipe #EasyRecipe #breakfast #brunch
