Bubble for 15 seconds, remove from heat, and mix in 3 oz chopped dark chocolate. 3️⃣ Whisk 2 large eggs and 1 cup (200g) sugar until pale and creamy, then stir in 1 tsp vanilla and 1/4 tsp kosher salt. 4️⃣ Fold in 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour, spread into the pan, and bake for 18-20 mins. Let cool for 30 mins, then refrigerate. PEANUT BUTTER LAYER 1️⃣ Mix 1/2 cup (108g) unsalted butter and 1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter until smooth. 2️⃣ Add 1 cup (100g) powdered sugar and a pinch of salt. Spread over brownies and chill for 1 hour. GANACHE LAYER 1️⃣ Heat 1/2 cup heavy cream until steaming, then pour over 4 oz chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 1 min, then whisk until smooth. 2️⃣ Spread over the chilled brownies and refrigerate for 30 mins.
