absolutely! I tried to incorporate this in the cyberpunk novel I'm writing, it's an ultra-capitalist, war-torn world, and I try to explore through my MC and main antagonist what the pressure of social climbing can do to the self, in a society where the body is a commodity, and humans are just another variable.
