The toolbox is a life saver! I found that when I sat down and squeezed my belly it didn’t hurt as bad. Standing up hurt worse! Make sure and drink a lot of electrolytes and eat high protein to avoid

My best advice is don’t overthink it. Do exactly what your Doctor says and trust God. I am 32 weeks with our first transfer and did nothing special. Here if you need anything.

Heating Pad and being organized is a lifesaver. MassCan'the area after you take your shot and move the spot you take the shots. Can't wait to follow your journey.

I would put a bag of frozen veggies on my behind for 30 mins before the progesterone shot and it worked! Our daughter is 17 years old 😊

Just had my first egg retrieval 3 weeks ago and used those same ice packs each night before injections and my biggest tip is to ice until you pinch your skin and can’t feel it!

Keep your feet warm throughout the WHOLE process. My IVF Dr told me that and we got pregnant that try (3rd)
