store bought bone broth is almost always ineffective for healing your gut. It’s usually just flavored water/stock. It’s best to make real bone broth at home. Real bone broth is gelatinous when cooled.

Don’t use your colostrum with hot beverages! The heat can cause the supplement to be ineffective. I mix it with water or iced coffee 😊

so it probably tastes fine, nothing major but anything home made is better than store. Thing is it feels so unnecessary so it kinda comes off pedantic. Kinda like those waking up at 4 am videos.
