I’m in my 40s and still experiencing the reversal of gray hair, mostly within a year. I witnessed this since my early 20s. I mean once the hair regains its natural color it doesn’t turn gray again.

For a year I increased my zinc and copper intake. My hair strength has increased and my gray hair has decreased but my beard has no changes in color? The biggest improvement I noticed is hair growth.

It is posdible, 73 I did it over 4 years I went from Snow White to strawberry blond.I hated that white hair.I eat a lot of foods that increase stem cells.not sure which.I can’t grow more hair though
