Have you heard of anyone using anything other than iCloud? I really want to put them on hard drives but love being able to date and add face recognition! I just know long term, having them on apple native isn't best for us. My grandmother would love doing this but has windows too so trying to figure that out!

lol. I’ve started doing the opposite—printing and making albums so people can see the pictures that were only in my phone. The grandkids were disappointed they didn’t have a book of them

Sadly if you should ever get a virus on your computer you could lose the photos forever. Where as photo albums can live for a very very long time if stored correctly.😏😳 Just saying.
